I think the reason a lot of people have rated this poorly is due to its very low coverage. With that being said, you really have to manage your expectations with this one. I have used the Ulta Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30 for several years in lieu of foundation. I loved how it felt like I had nothing at all on my face and the coverage was enough to cover imperfections and even out my skin tone, yet not look so "made-up". Tinted moisturizer
I love this product. I have been using it for 2 years. Having a mature skin, this helps to even out the variations in my complexion. After a while it does not smudge and with a little bronzer, I do not need anything else for everyday wear. It is a great base for other base in times I wear more makeup. Almost couldn't find it because of different packaging. Glad an associate was able to direct me to the right place.

Lightweight and applies very easily, blends into skin and gives a nice even finish without looking like a full face!
Fantastic Product
I was looking for a tinted moisturizer with SPF that wasn't greasy or sticky. This one is perfect! I put it over my regular moisturizer and I love it. The coverage is great for someone that doesn't like typical foundation. Would recommend!
